This level also includes a shower and WC. The lower ground floor boasts another lounge area with a flat-screen TV and access to the south-facing garden. There is a bedroom without a wardrobe but with a double bed (160 cm), and a shower and WC. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 cm) and access to a balcony, a children's room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with a French bed (160 cm) and balcony access. There is also a bathroom with a WC on this level.
