In addition to the alcove, the loft has a sitting area with a small library, board games and two beanbag chairs. There is a child gate at either end of the stairs.
The sauna offers a great place to relax.The sauna has speakers installed under the ceiling for listening to music and can be connected via bluetooth to the amplifier in the KPH on all playing devices.
The apartment has two toilets, one of them in the washroom.
Apartment is renovated between 2022-25.
The price includes final cleaning as well as linen and towels supplied for the number of persons booked.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
