On the upper floor, accessible via a ladder, there is an open gallery with another French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), offering additional sleeping accommodations.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
