"13ka Sunny Lodge" is a 7-room cottage spread across 2 levels, welcoming a maximum capacity of 12 guests. The property features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a spacious open living room furnished with 1 sofabed, a Scandinavian wood stove, and a dining table, with direct access to the terrace. This level also includes 2 bedrooms, each equipped with 2 double beds, as well as a kitchenette and a shower with WC.

The main floor offers another large open living room with 1 sofabed, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and access to the terrace. A kitchenette is also available on this level, along with a shower with WC.

On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms each featuring 1 double bed, and 1 room appointed with 2 beds and 1 double bed. A shower with WC serves this floor as well. The upper floor also provides access to a terrace.

It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties that form this cottage.
