Property Description
Villa Campana is an exclusive Tuscany villa rental, in the Valdera area near Volterra.
The villa offers all amenities: inside it is tastefully furnished, with large, bright rooms, including 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private pool with sun deck, a barbecue area and an immense garden.
The house is located near the owner’s farm, and the farm products are on the menu at the local restaurant, just 1000 meters from the villa. At the farm there is also a stable if you’d like to learn horse riding.
Villa Campana is surrounded by splendid hill scenery, a setting where you are sure to find tranquility, fun and relaxation.
Access to the villa is via 1 km of unpaved road in good condition.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
