The main living area comprises a spacious living and dining room, complete with a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the large roofed terrace of 25 m2. Adjacent to this space, an open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the lower ground floor, a shower room with WC is conveniently available for guests.

The upper floor hosts an entrance hall with air conditioning and all 4 bedrooms, each fitted with a flat screen satellite TV. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
