On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with comfort and elegance, featuring a flat screen cable television, a radio, and a hi-fi system, with direct access to the patio. The first ground floor bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A second ground floor bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own private bathroom including a bath and WC, as well as air conditioning. A generously sized kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shared bath and WC is also available on this floor. On the upper floor, a third bedroom offers a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with air conditioning. The fourth and largest bedroom on this floor features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating, with direct access to the terrace.
