Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room house that spans over 80 square meters across two levels. The living/dining room area features a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a TV with a flat screen. This space provides access to the garden and a balcony. One of the bedrooms is located on the main level and includes a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a mini-oven, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Senseo capsules provided. Additionally, there is a separate shower room and a separate toilet room with a double hand-basin on the main level.

Amenities Included
The upper floor of the vacation rental features a lounge area with sloping ceilings. The second bedroom on this level also has sloping ceilings and includes another French bed of the same dimensions (140 cm wide, 190 cm long). There is also a shower room with a toilet on the upper level. The house is equipped with both electric and wood heating systems. Outdoor spaces include a small balcony, two small terraces, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (2 in total). You can enjoy a beautiful view of the river from the property.

Other Information
The vacation rental provides several convenient amenities, such as a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, and complimentary logs for the wood stove. Please note that the house is not suitable for small children and is designated as a non-smoking property. Up to two pets or dogs are allowed on the premises. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
