This space includes 1 sleeping facility with a width of 145 cm and a length of 200 cm, as well as a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped and directly accessible from the living area. The bathroom on this level features a bath, shower, and WC. Accessible via a steep internal staircase, the upper floor hosts 1 double bedroom of 12 m2, also with sloping ceilings, furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
