The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features a larger French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a private balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a bar area. The apartment includes 2 shower rooms, each with a WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
