Unit Layout
You will be accommodated in a 3-room house with a comfortable and cozy furnishing. The open living/dining room features a digital TV and has an exit to the balcony. There is one double bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. Another room is a children's room with two folding beds, each 80 cm wide and 195 cm long. The third bedroom is a double bedroom with two beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, with an exit leading to the garden.

Amenities Included
The house is equipped with a small, open kitchen featuring induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It has a shower/WC room. The house is heated with electric heating and has wooden floors throughout. Outdoor amenities include a small balcony measuring 3 square meters, a large terrace spanning 15 square meters, terrace furniture, and a barbecue area. The property offers a beautiful view of the forest.

Other Information
The house is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of one small pet or dog is allowed. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. During your vacation stay, final cleaning is your responsibility, though basic cleaning is carried out by the guest. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is provided, but you will need to take care of laundry during your stay.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
