Unit Layout
"Les Voiles" is a beautifully furnished 3-room vacation rental apartment of 65 m2, situated on the 2nd floor, designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a flat screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to the loggia. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own air conditioning unit. The second bedroom offers a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also fitted with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with a second exit leading to the loggia. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC. The apartment also benefits from a 10 m2 east-facing terrace, furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.

The apartment is comprehensively equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate control is provided throughout the property by air conditioning units present in the living room and both bedrooms, complemented by electric heating available across the apartment. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher and a microwave alongside a full range of additional appliances, making meal preparation entirely effortless. A washing machine is available within the property for your laundry needs. Entertainment is catered for by the flat screen television located in the living room, though please be aware that the television broadcasts French-language channels only. Pets are welcome in the apartment, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted during your stay. An iron is also provided for your convenience. WiFi internet access is available at an additional charge.

The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers. A dedicated parking space, numbered 62, is available for 1 car. For your safety, the apartment is fitted with a smoke alarm. Please note that there is no lift access to the 2nd floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
