The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living and dining room featuring a dining table, which opens directly onto the patio and the swimming pool area. A fully equipped separate kitchen with its own dining table is also located on this level, along with a separate WC. The upper floor, accessible via a ladder, houses all 3 bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the third is a double bedroom fitted with a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. All 3 bedrooms on the upper floor benefit from individual air conditioning units. The 2 bathrooms are also situated on the upper floor, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC. Throughout the property, natural stone floors reinforce the rustic country house character, and the comfortable furnishings reflect an authentic rural aesthetic.
