"Casa Germaine 2" is a fully renovated 3-room vacation rental spread across 70 m2 on the ground floor, designed to accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The living and dining area is equipped with a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements, and opens directly onto a 30 m2 terrace. The property includes 2 bedrooms: the first features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second, larger bedroom offers a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Each bedroom is fitted with its own flat screen television, as is the living and dining room. The property has 1 bathroom configured as a shower room with a separate WC.
