There is one room with a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm and two bunk beds of 75 cm x 200 cm. Additionally, there are two more rooms, each containing two bunk beds measuring 150 cm x 200 cm and 90 cm x 200 cm respectively. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The house also has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower/WC combination.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
