The open-plan living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a dining table and a welcoming space ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The first bedroom is a double room equipped with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second double bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. It is worth noting that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may not be exceeded under any circumstances. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. From the living area, a direct exit leads to the private balcony, completing the well-thought-out layout of this apartment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
