"Lethehuis" is a spacious 6-room vacation rental spanning 137 m2 and accommodating a maximum of 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the welcoming living room is furnished comfortably and features a television, while the open kitchen is equipped with a bar and dining table and leads directly to the terrace through a dedicated exit. 1 bedroom on this level is fitted with 2 beds. The ground floor also includes a bath/shower, a separate WC, and a sauna. On the upper floor, characterized by charming sloping ceilings, you will find 4 additional rooms, each furnished with 2 beds, along with an alcove. The alcove is a traditional Dutch Cupboard featuring a double bed measuring 160x180 cm. The upper floor is served by a shower/WC. The property benefits from a terrace and a garden, both offering a beautiful view of the lake, and the terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture. A box-room provides additional storage space. A 6-person outdoor spa and a cold water plunge pool are available for your enjoyment. From 1 May 2026 to 28 September 2026, an open tour boat with an outboard motor is moored at the jetty for your use. At the waterfront, a jetty with a swimming ladder is available, and you may also make use of shared play and watersports facilities with the neighbouring guests, including a 2-person kayak, a 2-person canoe, a 6-person pedal boat, and 2 SUP boards.
