This vacation property is a spacious 3-room terraced house with a total area of 150 square meters, facing the south direction. It features a living/dining room equipped with digital TV, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and a boiler with an 80-liter capacity. The living room leads to a terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room and a toilet on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one room with two beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm, another room with two beds of the same size, and a third room with a French bed measuring 150 cm x 190 cm. All bedrooms are equipped with fans. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony facing the south direction. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor. The property features a small terrace with outdoor furniture and deck chairs.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
