The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. There is a separate WC on the main floor.

The house features electric heating for your comfort. On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms: one with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), another with a french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), and the third room also has a french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Additionally, there is a shower, separate WC, and a double hand-basin on the upper level. The property includes a garden of 100 square meters and terrace furniture for your enjoyment.

Other Information
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a baby cot is available upon request. You can stay connected with free WiFi internet access during your stay. Reserved parking is provided for your convenience. Please note that a smoke alarm is present on the premises. This offer is made by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
