"Chalet Gerritsen" is a spacious and elegantly appointed vacation rental spread across 3 levels, offering approximately 280 m2 of living space with a north-west facing position. The chalet accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, combining modern luxury with warm alpine character throughout.

The main level welcomes you with an entrance hall featuring a separate WC. From here, you access a generously sized open-plan living and dining room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, a hi-fi system, and a home cinema setup. This convivial space opens directly onto a large terrace with north and west facing orientations, offering marvellous views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Adjacent to the living area, the large open kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, a cooking island, and a fondue set for cheese. The kitchen also provides direct access to the terrace. Underfloor heating and parquet floors add further refinement to the main living spaces.

On the lower ground floor, 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located, each with direct access to the garden. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and is served by a private bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a cable TV. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 1 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and also includes a cable TV. The third bedroom on this level offers 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and is served by a shower and WC. This floor is further complemented by an additional shower and WC, as well as a sauna.

The upper floor hosts an open office area and the fourth bedroom, which features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private bathroom with bath, shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, as well as a cable TV. This room opens onto a balcony with both north and south facing orientations.
