Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 6-room house that spans 127 square meters and faces the south. The accommodation has been fully renovated in 2024 and features comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The layout includes an entrance hall, a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV (flat screen), and a dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove and another TV (flat screen). There is also an exit leading to the garden and terrace. The bedrooms consist of one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, two rooms each with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), and one room with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, which also has an exit to the garden and terrace.

The house is equipped with an open kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate shower and a separate WC. The property offers electric heating and a roofed terrace with a south-east facing position.
