The stop for the ski bus is situated practically next to the house, also at no additional cost. During the summer season, from 01.06. to 31.10., the SaastalCard is included, granting complimentary access to cable cars and the PostBus, excluding the metro and summer ski services. Holiday taxes apply as follows: during summer (01.06. to 31.10.), CHF 7.- per adult and CHF 3.50 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day; during winter (01.11. to 31.05.), CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
