A shower and WC serve this floor, alongside an open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. From this floor, you have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.

On the lower ground floor, a generous living and dining area opens onto a large terrace, offering a panoramic view of the sea and the resort. This level hosts 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, which benefits from its own private shower and WC. A second shower and WC is also available on this floor. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
