It also includes a large room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a small room with a single bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), an open living/dining area with a dining table, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, capsules for the coffee machine (Delizio) available at an extra cost, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (cheese). It also features a wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a bath and toilet. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is an additional room with a ceiling height of 170 to 185 cm and a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). The chalet has wooden floors throughout and a terrace with furniture, offering a marvelous panoramic view of the mountains and countryside.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
