The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC and individual air conditioning. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available.
