You will reside in a 3-room semi-detached house spanning 60 square meters across two levels. The living/dining room features a TV (flat screen) and an electric heater, with an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on the same floor. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds (length 190cm) and air conditioning, and the other with a French bed (1 x 140cm, length 200cm) and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have exits leading to a balcony with a south and east-facing position. There is an additional shower/WC on this level.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
