The open kitchen on the 2nd floor is fully equipped and thoughtfully integrated into the living space. On the lower ground floor, a further 1 double bedroom is available, accompanied by its own shower and WC. Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a warm and refined touch to the modern and cosy furnishings. In total, the apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across its 2 levels. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
