A small lounge, also equipped with a television and DVD player, opens onto a terrace, as does the dining room. The large kitchen on this level is fully appointed and connects the living spaces seamlessly.

On the lower ground floor, a small entrance hall leads to 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC. An additional shower and WC is also available on this floor. Underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort throughout the lower ground floor.

The top floor hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms along with a shared bathroom. A large bedroom on this level contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bath and WC, and direct access to a balcony with a north-facing position. A children's room on the same floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A bath, shower, and WC serve this floor.
