You will be staying in a 7-room villa that spans across 300 square meters and is spread over three levels. The villa has undergone renovations in 2024 and features comfortable furnishings. On the first level, you will find a room with a single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. This room is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also has a shower and WC (toilet). The upper floor houses the living/dining area with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo y Longhi) extra. There is also a shower/WC and a separate WC on this floor. Moving up to the second upper floor, you will find four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, a TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size, along with a fan. The third bedroom features a single bed measuring 120 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as a bath/shower/bidet/WC and a fan. The fourth bedroom is a large room with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. The villa has natural stone floors throughout.

Amenities Included
During your vacation, you will have access to a range of amenities. The villa boasts two large terraces with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue area, four deck chairs, a covered balcony, and a sitting area. From these outdoor spaces, you can enjoy a marvelous panoramic view of the swimming pool, the resort, and the ocean. Additionally, the villa is equipped with a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided. You will also have access to reserved parking for one car and a garage that can accommodate two cars with a width of 500 cm.

The villa is a non-smoking property, and only non-smokers are allowed. Please note that the TV channels available are in Spanish (ES), German (DE), and French (FR). The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
