The living and dining room is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm, offering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, and opens directly onto a large south-facing balcony. The dedicated bedroom accommodates 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The apartment comprises 1 bathroom configured as a combined bath and WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a steamer, a raclette grill, and a complete fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. The large south-facing balcony is furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside, and the resort.
