On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a flat screen television and opens directly onto a spacious terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living space and is designed for practical everyday use. The first bedroom on this level features 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a separate WC. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with WC and a separate shower or bath facility.

On the upper floor, the layout continues with 3 additional bedrooms. A large room offers 3 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A further bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
