The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table and provides access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is a shower, bidet, and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom, a room with two beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a balcony, a room with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a sleeping facility measuring 80 cm in width and 160 cm in length. There is also another room with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor features two bathrooms, one with a bath, bidet, and toilet, and another with a shower, bidet, and toilet.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
