The first ground-floor bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, electric shutters, a separate WC, and a direct exit to the garden. A second ground-floor bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, a shower, a hip bath, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, and electric shutters, with a direct exit to the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen with a bar area connects to the veranda and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor.
