The fully equipped small kitchen is conveniently located on this level and opens onto the living area. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a shower room with WC. The first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor hosts a second bedroom also equipped with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, as well as a third bedroom with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The property also benefits from a 30 m2 terrace with terrace furniture and 5 deck chairs, offering a stunning view of the sea.
