A well-appointed kitchen and living room area includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, and a kettle, along with a dining table for casual meals. This floor also features a bathroom with WC, a separate WC, and 2 double bedrooms. Direct access to the terrace is available from the ground floor, where you will find terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue, all set against a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains.

The upper floor hosts 2 further double bedrooms with access to the balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
