The main level features a large open-plan living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, creating a warm and inviting gathering space. A fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area, fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Nespresso capsules are available as an extra. A separate WC is also located on this level. From the main floor, you have direct access to a balcony with a south-facing orientation as well as a terrace offering both south-facing and west-facing exposures.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This level also includes a small lounge with a flat-screen television, a shower room with WC, and a private terrace with a south-facing aspect.

The upper floor accommodates 3 additional bedrooms. The first features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second offers 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom with both bath and shower, along with a separate WC, serves this floor. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
