You will be staying in a 3-room maisonette that spans 55 square meters across two levels, situated on the top floor of the building. The living/dining area features a dining table, a digital TV, and air conditioning, with access leading out to a terrace. One double bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 140cm by 190cm and has a kitchen corner and a shower/WC, as well as an exit to a balcony. The second double bedroom has sloping ceilings, a window overlooking the courtyard, and another French bed of the same dimensions. There is a kitchenette area with an oven, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there are two separate shower/WC facilities within the unit.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
