On the first upper floor, a spacious lounge area with a flat-screen television invites you to relax, accompanied by 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also features a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the second upper floor, the remaining 3 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, 1 bedroom with a bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
