The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, the second bedroom also features 1 double bed, and the third bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed, providing private and restful sleeping arrangements for adults. An open gallery area leads to a fourth sleeping space configured with 2 sets of bunk beds, each consisting of 2 levels, along with 2 additional sleeping facilities, making this area particularly well suited for younger guests. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
