"Seepanorama" is a bright and beautifully furnished 4-room semi-detached vacation rental spanning approximately 90 m2 across 3 levels, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. The property was partly renovated in 2022 and features a warm, cosy interior design throughout. On the main level, you will find a welcoming living room, a walk-through room with a dining table, and an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. The main level also includes a bathroom with WC. On the lower ground floor, 1 double bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. Adjacent to this room is a walk-through room featuring 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, along with a hand-basin. The upper floor hosts a second double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The property offers a total of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may not be exceeded under any circumstances. The oven, washing machine, and tumble dryer are located in the basement of the house due to space considerations. The property enjoys a south-facing position and benefits from a large balcony and a large terrace with both south-facing and west-facing orientations, offering a marvellous view of the lake.
