The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and this house rule must be respected throughout the duration of the stay. Guests should also be aware that the building is not served by a lift, and access to the 1st floor is therefore via the staircase. The west-facing balcony of 6 m2 and the east-facing balcony of 2 m2 both offer distinct orientations, allowing guests to enjoy natural light at different times of the day alongside the beautiful mountain scenery.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
