On the ground floor, a bright and tastefully furnished open living room of 20 m2 flows seamlessly into an open kitchen of 20 m2, which is equipped with an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table. Capsules for the coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) are available as an extra. From this level, you have direct access to a south-facing terrace of 15 m2. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find the 2 bedrooms: the first features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a separate WC, while the second bedroom accommodates 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds also measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. An open lounge area of 12 m2 with a flat-screen TV is also located on the upper floor.
