On the upper floor, the layout continues with 3 additional bedrooms. The first of these includes a dressing room and a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower. The second bedroom on this floor offers a versatile sleeping arrangement, combining 1 single bed of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it ideal for mixed occupancy. The third and largest bedroom on the upper floor is fitted with 2 pull-out beds, each accommodating 2 persons and measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
