The living and dining room, measuring 15 m2, is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a comfortable additional sleeping area when needed. This space opens directly onto the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor area. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment also includes a small, open kitchen equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates and a kettle, making it a practical and self-sufficient vacation rental for your stay.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
