This vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 35 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The main room is furnished with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements within the single bedroom. The apartment also features 1 bathroom equipped with a shower and WC. A small kitchen area includes a dining table and is fully equipped for meal preparation. From the main room, you have direct access to a 6 m2 balcony that offers a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings in complete comfort.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout your stay. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas stove featuring 4 gas rings, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a freezer, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease. For your entertainment, the bedroom is fitted with a satellite TV as well as a television. A washing machine is available for your convenience, along with an iron and a hair dryer for everyday needs. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, with up to 20 deck chairs available for guests to enjoy the sea view. A barbecue is also included among the facilities. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided throughout the apartment.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
