The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer, along with a bar area. There is also a shower/WC on this level. On the upper floor, you'll find one room with 2 beds, and two additional rooms, each with a double bed. There is also a bath/shower/WC on this upper level. The property features a large terrace and a large garden.
