The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a spacious and elegantly furnished open-plan living and dining room, complete with a digital TV and climate control systems. From this area, you have direct access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom is equipped with 1 pull-out bed accommodating 2 persons, with dimensions of 2 x 80 cm and a length of 190 cm, along with individual air conditioning and forced-air heating. Adjacent to this space, the fully equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with a second exit leading directly to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with bath and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
