The entrance hall provides additional sleeping arrangements with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged and connects directly to the terrace, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space. The apartment includes 1 bathroom and a separate WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
