A first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and connects to the garden via a dedicated exit. Also on the ground floor, a dedicated dining and living area completes the social spaces of the home.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are located, both featuring characteristic sloping ceilings.
