The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table and a flat-screen TV. It also has an exit leading to the terrace. One bedroom features a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/WC. Another room has 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). The third bedroom comes with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a dining nook and an exit to the terrace. There is a separate shower room and a WC.

Amenities Included
The property is equipped with electric heating to ensure your comfort during your vacation. You can enjoy your meals al fresco on the terrace, which is furnished with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and deck chairs (6). Other amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and a baby cot for children up to 3 years old. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
